12 week 1:1 coaching
I'll be honest...this is my favorite. I love one-on-one coaching...and I don't do it "right". I spend too long and get too attached to my clients.
So if you want a detached coach who is just going through your goals and moving along, I'm not your girl.
That's the "right" way and frankly, lets a coach work with many more clients than I can.
But I value KNOWING my clients. I need to understand their lives, their obstacles, to be able to really help them. I stay in my lane - you won't hear medical advice, and I'm not a therapist - but I ease into coaching. The first month is a lot of getting to know you - the way you eat, your routines...we'll set some goals, but we're feeling each other out.
That takes a unique client. I'm a unique coach.
I empower people with chronic health conditions to use nutrition as a superpower, to feel better without letting the effort take over their lives.
My approach is different because I have several autoimmune conditions myself, so I understand the balance of effort versus fatigue, and keep things SUPER simple.
