I'm Coach Lisa, and I am a nutrition coach. I have been helping people with chronic disease bring sustainable improvements to their well-being for over five years.
My approach is unique because I keep things SUPER simple, and I keep things SUPER slow. The tortoise won the race, and fatigue is real (IYKYK). We may not come in first, but what work we do will stick, and we focus on those changes in our bodies that are most important to us when dealing with long-term issues.
I am both dairy- and gluten-free, and have a number of other ingredients I avoid as part of my autoimmune journey. This Shortcut Sharon has learned a lot over the years and I'm eager to help you do the same. This does NOT have to be complicated!
